Eden Reforestation Projects has been working with local government and communities in the Philippines since 2021. They’re working across two sites to preserve forests and rainforests, protect them from logging, prevent fires, implement sustainable farming practices, promote food security through agroforestry, and help an indigenous community legally acquire their land through reforesting. So far, they’ve surveyed 3000 hectares of land and employed 40 local people.
