Our widget allows you to display your progress on offsetting your carbon emissions, planting trees, and removing plastic waste from the environment.
You can choose to display a live feed of data from your personal dashboard - that gets continually updated as you invest more and create more impact - or a static image that summarises your impact at the time of generation.
It’s about highlighting your focus on sustainability, and in doing so, encouraging others to get started on their own journey to understand, measure and reduce their carbon footprint.
How it works
- Installing the widget is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
- Create a Switch2Zero account or log in to your existing account.
- Go to your dashboard and locate the "Widgets" function (either on your main dashboard homepage, under Marketing or under Integrations - depending on your type of account).
- Configure the setting that best suited your website’s theme and then click save.
- Ensure you’ve created some environmental impact - either through plastic removal, tree planting or offsetting some or all of your footprint (because otherwise you won’t have any data to share).
- Now embed either the static code or active code into your website (see our guide for step-by-step instructions on how to do this).
- And you’re done!
